La ética y el liderazgo bajo la perspectiva de estudiantes universitarios y profesionales

Resumen

La investigación se ha enfocado en determinar y analizar la necesidad y la relación de la Ética y el Liderazgo según la perspectiva de profesionales y estudiantes universitarios y obtener los parámetros resultantes de medición respectivos para su utilización en pro del mejoramiento empresarial y organizacional. Adicionalmente, da a conocer la forma en que los profesionales se comportan y aplican los valores éticos por medio del instrumento aplicado, cuando se desempeñan en el rol de liderazgo, logrando así, resultados y métricas que no se han encontrado anteriormente con tantos valores e indicadores en la amplia literatura analizada. A este estudio empírico le acompaña la revisión y análisis de literatura donde se relacionan las dimensiones de ética y liderazgo, y también aquellas vinculadas con educación, obteniéndose indicadores que fueron la base para el desarrollo de nuevas categorizaciones teóricas. Se aplicó un instrumento cuantitativo con dos muestras similares, pero con diferente tipo de participantes, siendo una de 436 profesionales y la otra de 371 estudiantes universitarios, obteniéndose resultados con las métricas respectivas y de allí, el análisis estadístico descriptivo, Anova y correlaciones que muestran alta significancia al relacionar la ética y el liderazgo y la percepción de los profesionales y estudiantes. El estudio realizado se considera de total relevancia y ayuda a empresarios, directores y empleados, al igual que a alumnos, profesores, líderes, profesionales y al ser humano en general, de forma tal que estén mejor preparados como líderes para analizar y encontrar soluciones en pro de logros éticos y productivos ya que, si toda empresa, organización, institución educativa y sociedad ejerciera su liderazgo en base a la ética, se generarían resultados y logros que no perjudicarían al ser humano y beneficiarían a todos.
